This is a product collaboration between Bugatti and the watch brand Jacob & Co., using design details from the newly released Tourbillon supercar, with a black titanium case, sapphire face, and a V16 engine block with titanium pistons that move realistically inside (Photo: Bugatti).
The watch has 557 parts and a "flying tourbillon" cage that rotates the entire oscillating system of the watch, eliminating the effects of gravity on the balance wheel and making the movement more precise (Photo: Bugatti).
The crown is designed to resemble the control knobs on the car, and the subsidiary dials are designed to mimic the instrument cluster on the Bugatti Tourbillon supercar (Photo: Bugatti).
Jacob & Co. revealed that 10 design elements were directly taken from the Bugatti Tourbillon supercar. In addition to the details mentioned above, the watch case also resembles the Bugatti car, with air vents on both sides of the front grille. There are sapphire openings on both sides of the watch with a shape similar to the car's windows (Photo: Bugatti).
Only 150 pieces will be produced, with a price tag of around USD 340,000 (about 8.66 billion VND), making it more expensive than supercars like the Ferrari Roma or Lamborghini Urus (Photo: Bugatti).
The two companies began discussions on the Tourbillon project in September 2022, and Jacob & Co. visited Bugatti's design studio the following year. This watch model was born after 18 months of collaboration with Bugatti's design team (Photo: Bugatti).
This is not the first time Bugatti and Jacob & Co. have collaborated. In 2020, the two companies joined forces to create the Bugatti Chiron Tourbillon watch with a limited edition of 250 pieces, mimicking the W16 engine and priced at USD 280,000 (about 7.13 billion VND) (Photo: Bugatti).
