EverSolar collaborates with V-GREEN in franchising charging stations

EverSolar has acquired some charging stations from the nationwide EverCharge charging station system and converted them into V-GREEN franchise charging stations to exclusively serve VinFast electric vehicle owners.

EverSolar is a company operating in the investment and development of new energy solutions field, with the EverEV brand specializing in providing charging services and equipment, along with the EverCharge solution for managing and operating smart charging station systems.

Under the collaboration agreement, EverSolar will invest in and replace the existing charging equipment with V-GREEN charging poles to convert them into V-GREEN franchise charging stations. These charging stations will be integrated into the V-GREEN charging station network and serve VinFast electric vehicle owners. EverSolar will be responsible for managing, operating, and receiving a revenue share based on the amount of electricity used by customers.

The V-GREEN franchise charging station model is being actively deployed nationwide, with nearly 1,000 registrations from partners. Among them, EverSolar is one of the special partners transitioning from independent charging station model supporting all electric vehicle brands to V-GREEN franchise charging stations to exclusively serve VinFast electric vehicle owners - a brand that has emerged as the market leader in Vietnam in September this year.

Collaborating with V-GREEN not only ensures that EverSolar's charging stations have a steady customer base, optimizing business efficiency, but also demonstrates the solidarity and joint efforts of Vietnamese businesses in the country's green transformation. With the participation of partners nationwide, the VinFast electric vehicle ecosystem is expanding, growing strongly, and becoming more complete with a charging station network covering all 63 provinces and cities, making Vietnam one of the countries with the highest density of charging stations in the world.

Franchise charging station deployed under the new collaboration agreement between V-GREEN and EverSolar.

According to the agreement, the collaboration between EverSolar and V-GREEN lasts for a minimum of 10 years and will automatically renew for another 10 years if the two parties do not intend to terminate the contract. Throughout the collaboration, V-GREEN supports partners in management, operation, maintenance, and marketing to attract customers.
