The most notable feature of the 2025 Zeekr 007 model is the new lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery pack named Golden Battery or Golden Brick, developed by Zeekr, with a capacity of 75kWh.

According to the Chinese tech website Fast Technology, when the model was launched last November, it already had two battery versions: the Golden 75kWh and the CATL Qilin 100kWh.

The 2025 version still retains the Qilin 100kWh battery pack in the long-range variant, supporting ultra-fast 5C charging. Meanwhile, the Golden Brick 75kWh battery pack has been replaced with a new generation, with the ability to charge from 10% to 80% in just 10.5 minutes, 4.5 minutes faster than the first generation.

This is achieved primarily due to the charging speed increasing from 4.5C to 5.5C, equivalent to a fast charging capacity (DC) of 410kW.

In terms of customer demand, Car News China quoted a Zeekr representative at the product launch press conference as saying that 66% of customers chose the Zeekr 007 versions with the Golden Brick battery.

The 0-100km/h acceleration time of the 2025 Zeekr 007 has been reduced from 5.4 seconds to 5 seconds for the rear-wheel drive (RWD) versions, while the AWD version will take 3.4 seconds, a 0.1-second improvement.

The AWD Performance version still achieves this milestone in 2.84 seconds, according to Autohome.

The older versions of the Zeekr 007 can also reach these figures through online software upgrades (OTA).

Using an 800V electrical architecture, the Zeekr 007 is said to have a range of 688km to 870km per charge, with an energy consumption rate of 12.5kWh/100km.

Both the LFP 75kWh and Qilin 100kWh battery versions can add an extra 610km of range after a 15-minute charge. All versions feature power generation capabilities.

The Zeekr 007 2025 is equipped with the Haohan 2.0 intelligent driving assistance system, which operates based on lidar sensors and cameras. Two Nvidia Orin chips control over 30 sensors, allowing the vehicle to navigate through 30 complex intersections with a success rate of over 95%, according to Car News China.

The vehicle's operating system has been upgraded to Zeekr OS AI, enabling voice control of all systems in the car. The operating system can also provide suggestions, such as reminding to charge the battery or changing the air circulation mode on the air conditioning system based on the situation, such as when entering a tunnel.

The 2025 Zeekr 007 model is currently available in China in 4 variants: the standard RWD version priced at 209,900 yuan (equivalent to 736 million VND), the long-range RWD and AWD versions priced at 229,900 yuan (806 million VND), and the top-of-the-line AWD Performance version priced at 299,900 yuan (around 1 billion VND).
