The truth about Thương Tín being thin and having to be assisted when walking on the street

A recent video clip captured Thương Tín, a frail and emaciated man, using a walking stick and being assisted as he struggled to move step by step.

In the video, a man helped Thương Tín to the front door of an elegant house, but after waiting for a while with no one coming out to open the door, he took a motorbike and drove the artist away.

Reporter tried to contact Thương Tín several times but his phone was locked and unreachable.

Sharing with Dân trí, musician Tô Hiếu - who had previously helped Thương Tín - revealed that he received a video clip from a friend in Đà Lạt showing Thương Tín there. The sight of Thương Tín looking weak, lost, and unsteady on his feet saddened him.

"Seeing Tín looking so weak, just 2 months ago he was healthy, walking normally, even agile, but now he looks different, needing a walking stick and taking each step carefully. For nearly 10 days, I couldn't contact Tín, and he also skipped a wedding singing show in Tiền Giang on May 26," Tô Hiếu shared.

Tô Hiếu also mentioned that Thương Tín had previously gone to Đà Lạt to search for his adopted child, but without a specific address or information. This time, he continued his search, but the result may not be as expected.

The musician also mentioned that on May 8, Thương Tín performed in Đà Nẵng and was paid a fee of 30 million VND, but the show organizer would pay him monthly, 5 million VND each time.

"This amount was transferred to Thương Tín's wife as he doesn't know how to use a bank card. During his time in Đà Nẵng, he told me that he no longer lives with his wife and children but with his biological mother, and life is very difficult," the musician recalled.

Tô Hiếu further stated that Thanh Tùng - Thương Tín's son - also doesn't know where his father is, occasionally calling Tô Hiếu to inquire about his father's whereabouts.

"Honestly, Tín's intermittent situation worries me a lot. He is very old and weak now, and if something happens to him in a foreign land, it would be very complicated. He should return to his hometown and only perform when there are shows," Tô Hiếu expressed.

On April 2, Thương Tín moved back to Ninh Thuận as Tô Hiếu couldn't provide accommodation. In his hometown, he lives with his elderly mother and relies on help from his sister who lives nearby.

During this time, he continued to receive performance offers in HCMC, Đà Nẵng, Ninh Thuận, as there are still fans who want to help him through Tô Hiếu's connections.

The performance fees were sent directly to Thương Tín by the show organizers. Recently, Tô Hiếu informed him of a wedding singing invitation, which Thương Tín agreed to, but then again became uncontactable close to the event.
