Pham Huynh Nhat Vi, 21 years old, was accused of kidnapping two girls on Nguyen Hue walking street and taking them to his luxury apartment to film pornographic videos to send to foreigners.

According to the investigation agency, Vi claimed to have brought two 3- and 7-year-old girls home "to raise" but there was much evidence showing that the defendant's purpose was to record pornographic videos and send them abroad to criminals. pedophilia.

The apartment at Saigon Pearl apartment building, Binh Thanh district, was rented to Vi by a foreign man. Here, the police discovered many pornographic videos, ordered from foreign countries.

Before that, on the evening of April 3, Ms. Nguyen Thi Chi, 27 years old, took her 4 children (from 9 months to 10 years old) by motorbike to the Nguyen Hue street area, District 1, to sell candy. She let her eldest daughter hold the 9-month-old baby and sell it on Dong Khoi Street, while she kept the other two children and sold them on the opposite side of the road.

At 7:00 p.m., she asked the beverage seller to help take care of her two children and then walked 100 meters to meet a person who paid in installments. However, about 5 minutes later, she returned and did not see her two young children. She asked her eldest daughter who was selling on the opposite side of the street and did not know, so she went to the Ben Nghe Ward Police, District 1, to report.

200 officers and soldiers from the Criminal Police Department of Ho Chi Minh City Police and District 1 Police participated in the search. Extracting the cameras, the authorities discovered that Vi had approached the children, lured them into giving them money, and asked them to follow them.

Vi then took the two girls through many routes from District 1 to District 8, then booked a technology taxi to take them to the Saigon Pearl apartment building in Binh Thanh district.

At noon on April 9, the police entered the apartment to rescue two little girls and arrested Vi. Initially, this person said "he did not have any children, so he brought the two children home to raise".

The investigation agency is expanding the case.
