Some sales advice shared that Lynk & Co 03+ is likely to be officially launched in Vietnam by the end of this year, with an expected price of around 1.9 billion VND. This information has not been confirmed by the Chinese car company.
According to experts, the introduction of Lynk & Co 03+ in Vietnam is plausible, as the model has been displayed and appeared at many test drive events of the brand since its debut at the end of 2023, indicating a market research initiative.

Lynk & Co 03+ is positioned in the C-segment sedan category but will not compete with Mazda3 or Toyota Corolla Altis as it has the suffix "+" in its name, indicating that it is a sportier version. When it comes to Vietnam, this Chinese model will compete with the Honda Civic Type R or Subaru WRX.
The Honda Civic Type R is priced at 2,399 billion VND while the Subaru WRX is priced between 1,999-2,069 billion VND (2 sedan versions). If officially priced around 1.9 billion VND, Lynk & Co 03+ will have a competitive advantage, but its Chinese origin may make Vietnamese consumers hesitant.

It is unclear whether there will be any changes in the equipment of Lynk & Co 03+ compared to the previously displayed model. The company may adjust some details to balance the selling price.
If similar to the displayed model, Lynk & Co 03+ will have front LED adaptive headlights, LED taillights, 19-inch dual-tone alloy wheels, front spoiler and rear wing made of carbon fiber. At the rear, the car has 4 exhaust pipes and can open/close the soundproofing valve according to the driving mode.
The interior of the car has many details covered in Alcantara leather, a flat-bottom steering wheel with large gear shift paddles. Notable convenience features include a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, a 12.8-inch infotainment screen, 10 Harman Infinity speakers, driver's seat with cooling and memory for 2 positions, dual-zone automatic air conditioning, panoramic sunroof.

Under the hood of the car is a 2.0L turbocharged engine, producing 265 horsepower and a maximum torque of 380Nm. These figures are quite impressive but still lower than the Honda Civic Type R (2.0L turbocharged engine, 315 horsepower and 420Nm) however, the Chinese model has a competitive advantage in the 4WD system.
The Honda Civic Type R uses a front-wheel drive system only, but another competitor of Lynk & Co 03+ is the Subaru WRX also equipped with a 4WD system. The turbocharged engine of the WRX is not inferior to the Chinese competitor, generating 271 horsepower and 349Nm, but it may consume more fuel due to its larger 2.4L displacement.

Despite being a car focused on driving experience, Lynk & Co 03+ has quite a complete set of support features. The car is equipped with an active safety system with some highlights such as adaptive cruise control, automatic brake hold assist, blind-spot warning, lane-keeping assist, etc.
If there are no changes when officially launched, Lynk & Co 03+ will have a competitive advantage in terms of equipment compared to the Honda Civic Type R and Subaru WRX. However, the WRX has the advantage of being Japanese-made and often has discount programs of up to hundreds of millions of dong at dealerships.
